Your company referred me to J.J. Holmes & Sons to make arrangements for the removal of the oil tank. I contacted J.J. Holmes & Sons and the necessary arrangements were made. On the scheduled date and time, Mr. Holmes and his crew arrived at my home on time. They proceeded to introduce themselves to myself and my family, and then proceeded in removing the tank. The crew was knowledgeable, polite and well equipped to tackle the job. The oil tank was in tight quarters, with no outside access. The legs were filled with concrete and embedded into the concrete floor. They didn't hesitate removing the tank, despite the many obstacles they encountered. Furthermore, it's a pleasure to see that precautions were taken to avoid any spillage of oil in my home. It's reassuring to know that Boston Gas Company has knowledgeable, reliable and competent sub-contractors working for them. I wished I had switched to gas heat years ago. People are also quick to always write letters of complaint, which is why I would like to thank you and your sub-contractor, J.J.
